The copyright of the final design belongs to the customer who requested it. The final logo is a unique creation with no trademark registration issues.

However, since trademark registration requires examination by your country's Intellectual Property Office, we recommend you consult a professional patent attorney.

Please note that design concepts not selected by customers remain the property of Partner-B's operating company, Tidy-B, Inc. and cannot be used by customers. The fonts used in the logo design include both free and paid licenses.
